Connect RF Power Meter with 50 ohm dummy load to antenna jack.

max. power with min. spurious emission. Balance Power between Band A CH. 1 and 
Band H CH. 40
RF Carrier Adjust:
Set radio Band E, CH 1.
AM TX mode, 
Modulation off
RF PWR control to max.
Connect wattmeter with 50 ohm dummy load to  output.
