The Galaxy DX33HML does not have a 10kc switch. You can add one by doing the following.

Locate J105 which is on the front edge of the main pc board. Just add a switch from the pin labeled B+ to the pin labeled +10K. Look at the drawing above for more information.

NOTE: Most people just hard wire the NB/ANL on all the time and use that switch for the +10KC.
